The in-home workout programs can be just as effective as a studio session. You might find that it’s easier to fit home workouts into your busy schedule.
Dedicate a space for for workout’s and make it yours!
All you will need for your in-home workout programs are just 3 types of equipment.
1-Kettle bell or any weight. You may need to grab two types of resistance. I personal use a lighter resistance for all my core and upper body and a heavier resistance for my lower body. Depending on your goals, I will help you choose your best weight.
2-Training mat (optional) If you want you can use a training mat. If you don’t- that is completely fine, use a sweat towel and go for it!
3-Your body weight! That’s right, your body weight is an amazing tool to use to power you through all the workouts.
